Cherry blossom festival kicks off spring in Seoul

In South Korea, the "Yangjaecheon Cherry Blossom Lantern Festival" is being held around the riverside stage and it runs through April 19th, giving revelers plenty of time to visit. The Yangjaecheon Cherry Blossom Lantern Festival is also one of Seoul's signature spring festivals, drawing about 200,000 people annually. This year's theme is "Garden of spring, all together," and the event is organized as a participatory cultural festival.
