NDSC Law No. 20/2026: 5th amendment of Union Judiciary Law enacted

TheNational Defense and Security Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar enacted the Fifth Amendment of the Union Judiciary Law (the National Defense and Security Council Law No. 20/2026), on March 18, in accordance with the Section-427 of the Constitution.

In the amendment of the law, it’s described that this law shall be called the Fifth Amendment of the Union Judiciary Law. The Sub-Sub Section-2 of Section 23(c) has to be revoked. The enactment of the amended law is signed by the Acting President Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
