Refresher Training Course: Shan State CM attended the opening ceremony

Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung, accompanied by relevant officials, on March 18, attended the opening ceremony of a refresher training course for Teaching Assistants (TA), Language Teachers (LT), and Pa-O teachers currently serving in government schools. The event was held at the Pa-O National Comprehensive Development Field (Dein Thee Bway) in Kan Gyi Ward, Taunggyi. The course is a collaborative effort between the Pa-O Literature and Culture Association (Central) and the Shan State Government.

Chief Minister U Aung Aung urged the participating teachers and TAs to study the curriculum with keen interest. He also called upon responsible personnel to cooperate fully to ensure the successful completion of the training program.

The Chief Minister presented a support fund of 14.3 million Kyats for the training, which was accepted by U Khun Win Ko, Chairman of the Pa-O Literature and Culture Association (Central).

Daw Yin Min Su, Director of the State Education Office, provided a briefing on the training details, followed by the words of gratitude from Chairman U Khun Win Ko.

Following the ceremony, the Chief Minister and officials inspected the Pa-O language curriculum textbooks for Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3 displayed in the hall and cordially greeted the attendees, it’s reported.
