







The Forum on the Dawn of a New State (Trust, Stability & Development) held its first day at the Myanmar International Convention Center (MICC-I) in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.
Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn attended the event and made a speech. The Union Minister said through this forum, attendees and delegates will get a chance to exchange matters on investment opportunities, food sufficiency and long term cooperation of MSME sectors and international economic cooperation. Discussion will be made on industrialization, basic infrastructures and energy sector, digital economy and innovation and human resources management.
The two days forum is expected to review not only development theory but also practical perspective for the development of the country. The Union Minister then provided MRTV DTH, MRTV DVB T2 Set Top Boxes, Canal+ DTH and Canal + T2 Set Top Boxes to the Hluttaw representatives. Subsequently, the attendees and experts from Myanmar Narrative Think Tank, Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Chiang Mai University made discussion under the title: International Opportunities for Myanmar Economic Development.
The international experts answered the questions raised by the attendees. The second session of the forum then continued with the discussion on Opportunities and Challenges for Myanmar's Development and Stability. The officials made detail explanations on the questions raised by the attendees.
