Opening of Office Building:Taninthayi Region CM attended the ceremony

The opening ceremony of new office building within the compound of Kawthaung District Environmental Conservation Department under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation took place at Kawthaung Township on Thursday.

Taninthayi Region Chief Minister U Myat Ko attended the event together with Natural Resources Minister and concerned officials. The ceremony was opened after ceremonial ribbon cutting by the Chief Minister and officials. Subsequently, the Chief Minister and party planted commemorative trees.

After presenting commemorative gifts to the Chief Minister and officials by the Director General of the Environmental Conservation Department, group photo session was followed and the Chief Minister and party sprinkled scented water to the inscription and toured around the newly constructed facility.
