Accepting the Letters of Credence: Newly accredited ambassador present credentials

Acting President and Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accepted the Letter of Credence of Mr. Segundo Martin Calero Escorcia, the newly-accredited Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaraguato the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at Office of the National Defence and Security Council in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.

Present on the occasion were General Ye Win Oo, Commission Secretary and Joint Executive Chief of the Office of the National Defence and Security Council, U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs and U Thet Tun, Director-General of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On separate occasion, the Acting President accepted the Letter of Credence of Mr. Maziad Mohammed M Al Howishan, the newly-accredited Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in the same venue.
