Law Amendment: NDSC enacts Law Nos.10 and 11/2026

National Defence and Security Council issued Law No.10/2026 of the council on Wednesday, enacting the Law Amending the Nay Pyi Taw Council Law.

The council has enacted the law in accordance with Section 427 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with the amendment for Section 3(b) and 3(c) of the Nay Pyi Taw Council Law. Likewise, the council issued Law No.11/2026 of the council on Wednesday, enacting the Law Amending the Region or State Government Law. It made amendment for Section 4(b) of the Region or State Government Law. The orders were signed by Acting President Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
