Work Undertakings: Union Minister inspects MRTV Relay Station in Yangon

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn visited the Yayku Relay Station of Myanma Radio and Television (MRTV) in Mayangone Township of Yangon Region on Tuesday.

The Union Minister inspected ongoing construction and maintenance work, including brick wall repairs, metal roofing installation, and fire safety preparations over the 131-acre site. He reviewed fire prevention measures, electrical safety, and emergency equipment, emphasizing proper use and regular drills. The Union Minister also visited staff housing in South Dagon Township, and instructed to enhance fire safety measures, providing financial support for the staff.
