Arrival of LMFA Delegation: LMFA delegation arrived for bilateral friendship

A delegation led by Mr. Chanthavong , Chairman of the Laos-Myanmar Friendship Association (LMFA), arrived in Myanmar from Laos by air on February 25th to discuss and conduct matters relating to bilateral friendship. They were welcomed at the airport by the Ambassador of Laos to Myanmar and members of the Myanmar-Laos Friendship Association.

The delegation led by Mr. Chanthavong , Chairman of the Laos-Myanmar Friendship Association, includes representatives from various sectors and will work to achieve enhanced relations in economic, cultural, and youth affairs. During their visit, they will travel to Nay Pyi Taw to hold meetings and discussions with relevant ministries.

Regarding the visit, the Chairman of the Laos-Myanmar Friendship Association expressed happiness and satisfaction at coming to Myanmar, which serves as a model for the flourishing of Buddhism among regional Buddhist nations. He also conveyed enthusiasm for promoting greater trade and connectivity with neighboring Myanmar, it’s learnt.
