Special appeal tribunal: Special civil appeal cases judged and heard

The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, U Win Myint, Daw Soe Soe Khet and Daw Thin Thin Cho passed judgments on five special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Zayyarthiri District Court located on Chindwin Road, Mingalardipa Ward, Pubbathiri Township, Union Territory Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 AM on February 23, 2026.

Moreover, they also heard six special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
