





Under the guidance of the Bago Region Government, the 39th monthly healthcare program for retired civil servants was held in the morning of February 23 at the Bago General Hospital. Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win visited the hospital to observe and provide encouragement.
Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win and accompanying officials toured the 500-bed Bago General Hospital, observing the healthcare staff providing medical check-ups and treatments to retired civil servants. Joint efforts by government departments, town elders, social organizations, and volunteer groups assisting in the process. The free distribution of drinking water, coffee, and nutritious snacks to those attending.
During the visit, the Chief Minister cordially greeted the retirees and offered words of encouragement. He further instructed officials to ensure the uninterrupted monthly provision of healthcare services and to fulfill all necessary medical supply requirements.
Next, the Chief Minister proceeded to Basic Education High School No. 1 and Basic Education High School No. 3, and observed students peacefully appearing for their Grade 5 and Grade 9 examinations. During the inspection, the Chief Minister provided necessary support to ensure the exams were conducted smoothly it’s reported.
