Inspection Tour: Chief Minister inspects education facilities in Loikaw

Kayah State Chief Minister U Sein Oo, accompanied by state government officials, inspected the education facilities within the state on 21st February.

At the Basic Education High Schools-Branch (NamKut) in Loikaw, the Chief Minister inspected construction of science center implemented with 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Union Government Reform Fund (GRF). On the reports by the officials, the Chief Minister instructed for strong foundation of the building to prevent flooding related causes, meeting set standards to complete specified timeframe.

The Chief Minister and party visited No.7 Basic Education High School to inspect 800 feet long fencing works and RCC library, heard reports and gave necessary instructions.

The Chief Minister later proceeded to the Uttarayone Pariyatti Sarthintike  in Zaeping Ward, paid homage to the presiding Sayadaw and made cash donation. The Chief Minister oversaw the basic literacy training in the monastery compound, made encouragement to the students and provided nutritious food.
