Arms for Peace: Five BNRA members return to legal fold

Five more members of the BNRA, including the second group leader, voluntarily returned to the legal fold on Friday, contacting a security post in Pale, with weapons and related equipment.

They came under the law after recognizing the government and Tatmadaw's peace efforts. They were warmly received by local security forces, provided with necessary support, medical aid, and administrative assistance, and will be processed according to legal procedures. The government continues to welcome insurgents willing to return to the legal framework, ensuring their safe and peaceful reintegration.
