Meeting in Hakha: Meeting with departmental personnel in Hakha

Member of the State Security and Peace Commission Union Minister for Border Affairs and Ethnic Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyay met with departmental personnel at Chin State Government Office on Thursday.

The Union Minister noted that local civil servants face certain gaps compared with other states, and emphasized that officials must perform their duties professionally and remain free from party politics. He highlighted the difference between party politics and national politics, stressing the need to serve the nation by following laws and regulations.

Chief Minister Dr. Vung Sung Htan and officials presented regional updates and sector wise reports. The Union Ministers and Deputy Ministers also made discussion, and the meeting ended with the closing remarks by Union Minister Lt-Gen Yar Pyae.
