NDSC Orders: NDSC issues Order Nos. 6 & 7/2026

The National Defence and Security Council Office on Wednesday issued an Order No.6/2026, regarding the permission for retirement. According to Section 427(b) of the Constitution, the council granted permission for retirement to U Min Aung, Judge of Chin State High Court starting February 5, due to health condition. Likewise, under the Order No.7/2026, the council appointed new Judge U Myat San. The Orders were signed by U Aung Lin Dwe, the Executive Chief.
