Receiving WHO Rep. to Myanmar: MOFA DM received WHO Rep. to Myanmar

U Ko Ko Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs received Dr. Thushara Fernando, WHO Representative to Myanmar who has completed his assignment, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 18 February 2026.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on matters related to cooperation between Myanmar and WHO during his term in Myanmar as well as further activities of WHO in Myanmar.

Also present at the meeting were officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
