Union-Level MSME Exhibition: Coordination meeting on Union-level exhibition held

A coordination meeting to ensure the successful organization of the Union-Level MSME Product Exhibition and Fair in honor of the 79th Union Day was held at the Ministry of Industry, Office No. (30) on February 2.

Union Minister for Industry, Dr. Charlie Than, attended and delivered the opening address. In his speech, the Union Minister highlighted that this session serves as a coordination platform for the Central Committee and various Working Committees to ensure the event at the Nay Pyi Taw Square is a success.

The MSME Working Committee is leading the effort in cooperation with the Nay Pyi Taw Council, relevant ministries, and regional/state agencies. He urged all responsible parties to work diligently, maintain close communication, and report any difficulties in real-time to ensure prompt resolution.

He called upon the heads of regional, state, and union territory pavilions to present detailed updates on their specific preparations. The Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman spoke that the council will provide full cooperation. He urged everyone to work together to achieve the fair's objectives in celebration of Union Day.

The Secretary of the Central Organizing Committee Deputy Minister for Industry, Joint Secretary the Director General of the Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection, Chairmen of the Working Committees and Regional/State Agencies clarified the ongoing preparations for showcasing and selling local MSME products and discussed the logistics of inter-agency cooperation. The Union Minister for Industry concluded the meeting with closing remarks.
