




The Coordination Meeting (2/2025) for the successful holding of the 78th Anniversary Independence Day Ceremony was held at the meeting hall of the Chin State Government Office in Hakha 0n December 30.
First, Dr. Vung Suan Thang, Patron of the successful holding of the 78th Anniversary Independence Day Ceremony and Chief Minister of Chin State, delivered opening remarks. He stated that the Independence Day Ceremony is an important event for the nation, and urged the working committees formed for the successful holding of the 78th Anniversary Independence Day Ceremony to carry out their duties with dedication. He also encouraged them to openly report on the implementation status of previous meeting resolutions and any points they wish to present.
Following this, Chairman of the Steering Committee for the successful holding of the 78th Anniversary Independence Day Ceremony and Minister for Social Affairs, U Win Zaw Oo, gave an address to ensure the success of this year's 78th Anniversary Ceremony. He noted that funds have already been disbursed to each working committee and urged systematic and cost-effective use of these funds, as well as the reuse of materials salvaged from the previous year.
Subsequently, Minister for Security and Border Affairs Colonel Khin Maung Htwe, Minister for Transport U Nay Lin Aung, and Minister for Ethnic Affairs U Sein Tun Hla discussed and presented measures for the successful holding of the 78th Anniversary Independence Day Ceremony.
Afterwards, the Chairpersons and Secretaries of the working committees for the successful holding of the 78th Anniversary Independence Day Ceremony used PowerPoint presentations to explain the progress made on previous meeting resolutions, ongoing tasks, and points they wished to present. Based on these presentations, Dr. Vung Suan Thang, Patron for the successful holding of the 78th Anniversary Independence Day Ceremony and State Chief Minister, coordinated necessary requirements and delivered concluding remarks, it is reported.
