Special appeal tribunal: Special appeal cases judged and heard

The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Myo Tint, U Thaung Naing, U Win Myint and Daw Soe Soe Khet passed judgments on a total of six special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Zayyarthiri District Court located on Chindwin Road, Mingalardipa Ward, Pubbathiri Township, Union Territory Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 AM on December 29, 2025.

Moreover, they also heard one special criminal appeal case and three special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
