Convenient Arrangement: Voting process underway in Kamayut

The polling stations for 2025 multi party democracy general election are opened in Kamayut Township, Yangon Region since 6 a.m. on Sunday.

In the first phase of the election, voters from 12 townships in Yangon Region cast their votes at the designated polling stations.

The responsible officials of the polling station are preparing necessaries for the voting since the early morning.

Polling Booth Officer, Polling Booth No.2, Kamayut said " We set up the polling booth two-day before the election, and get ready for everything, including the use of voting machine. We provide convenient arrangements for voters to ensure smooth process in casting their votes."

For the Pyithu Hluttaw seats, six candidates from Union Solidarity and Development Party, People’s Party, People’s Pioneer Party, Shan and Nationalities Democratic Party, National Unity Party and Myanmar Farmers Development Party are competing in Kamayut Constituency,
