Election in Kayah : 88 polling stations opened across Kayah State

The 2025 multiparty democracy general election commenced nationwide at 6 a.m. on Sunday, as polling stations opened across the country according to schedule. In Kayah State, eligible voters turned out at  designated polling stations in Loikaw and Bawlakhe Townships to cast their ballots. A total of 88 polling stations are opened across the state, including 82 in Loikaw Township and six in Bawlakhe Township.
