Election Process : Ensuring smooth and convenient process

Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan, together with officials, inspected polling stations in Myitkyina Township on Saturday ahead of the general election to be held on December 28.

They oversaw the voter lists, security arrangements, warning signboards, and the installation of Myanmar electronic voting machines, to ensure voters can cast their ballots smoothly and conveniently. During the inspection, they instructed polling station officials to strictly follow election laws and procedures and to provide necessary assistance to voters to ensure the successful conduct of the election.

Later in the afternoon, a coordination meeting was held with district and township administrators, election officials, and relevant authorities at the Kachin State Government Office to ensure smooth implementation of election processes and the successful holding of the election.
