Rural Development : MCRD Union Minister tours in Pyay Township

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe visited Titut Village in Pyay Township of Bago Region on Sunday.

During the visit, the Union Minister met with local residents and explained the ministry’s rural development programs aimed at improving livelihoods, increasing household income, and creating job opportunities. The Union Minister then inspected gravel paving of the village roads, being implemented by the Union Government’s General Reserve Fund for the 2025–2026 fiscal year.

Later, at the Pyay District Rural Road Development Department office, the Union Minister met with staff from four  departments under the ministry. He urged all to work together to achieve the ministry’s policies and goals, and coordinated the needs.
