Training Completion Ceremony: UCSB Chairman delivered the completion address

The Completion ceremony for Special Refreshing Training Course No. (112) for Basic Education Teachers was held on December 18 at the Yatanatheingha Hall of the Civil Services Academy (Lower Myanmar). Chairman of the Union Civil Services Board, U Soe Min Oo, attended and delivered the training completion address.

In his address, UCSB Chairman U Soe Min Oo, stated that the training was conducted with the aim of enhancing the morale and discipline of civil servant teachers and increasing their practical knowledge and experience applicable in their respective workplaces. It also aimed to improve their quality, strengthen their convictions, and foster better attitudes. He further said that teachers should not only fully impart their knowledge and skills to their students without holding anything back, but also, like parents, should guide them on the right path, teach and advise them to be well-mannered, avoid harm, correctly distinguish between right and wrong, good and bad, cause and effect, and to be able to establish themselves in life.

It is learned that a total of 494 trainees attended the course which lasted from November 17, to December 18.

Subsequently, UCSB Chairman U Soe Min Oo met with the Rector of Academy and staff to deliver a speech. He also toured and inspected the Golden Jubilee exhibition booth and the library, giving necessary instructions. He then had lunch with trainees from Intermediate Level Staff Training Course No. (14) and inspected the Academy's agricultural and livestock farming activities as well as the Academy’s hospital.
