Meeting with Departmental Staff : MoALI UM held meeting with departmental staff

While in Sittwe to attend the 51st Anniversary Rakhine State Day ceremony, the Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, U Min Naung, together with the State Minister for Natural Resources U Myint Soe, attended a meeting with staff from departments under the ministry. The meeting was held on the afternoon of December 15 at the meeting hall of the State Department of Agriculture.

At the meeting, the Union Minister said that he was pleased to have the opportunity to meet with staff from the departments under the ministry during his visit to Sittwe to attend the 51st Anniversary Rakhine State Day ceremony. He noted that he had seen and learned that staff members were faithfully carrying out the objectives and duties of their respective departments. He also expressed his appreciation to the staff for diligently fulfilling their responsibilities despite difficulties arising from local and regional conditions within the state.

Following his remarks, state-level department heads explained the performance of duties by their staff, ongoing activities, and basic needs required for staff members according to their respective departments, with supplementary explanations provided by the State Minister for Natural Resources U Myint Soe.

Afterwards, the Union Minister discussed the presentations made by the relevant departments and provided necessary guidance.

Subsequently, the Union Minister presented special allowances, basic food supplies, and medicines distributed by department to staff members serving in Sittwe, and warmly greeted them. After that, the Union Minister visited the State Department of Agriculture Land Management and Statistics office and inspected the progress of construction of the state office building, it’s reported.
