Providing Construction Materials: Sagaing Region CM attended the event

Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw and officials observed the distribution of nails, galvanized iron sheets, cement, and financial aid provided by the National Natural Disaster Management Committee, to the residents of wards and villages in Sagaing Township, whose houses were damaged by the earthquake. They warmly greeted the earthquake-affected people at the Sagaing District Agricultural Bank compound in the morning on December 7.

Afterwards, the Chief Minister and officials inspected the ongoing reconstruction of the main entrance gateway to Sagaing Region, which was damaged by the earthquake. The meeting was with ward administrators from Sagaing to ensure the successful conduct of the 2025 Multi-Party Democracy General Election and to maintain regional stability and peace. They provided necessary guidance and instructions.

Afterwards, the Chief Minister and officials attended a ceremony of distributing urea fertilizers, seeds, and handheld seeders to achieve the target yield for the 2025-2026 oil crops (groundnut, sesame, sunflower) and summer paddy, held at the City Hall in Sagaing.
