Inspection Tour : MOALI Deputy Minister tours in Yangon

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation is providing assistance for more production of standardized marine products to be able to export international markets.

On November 14th, Deputy Minister Dr. Aung Gyi visited Yadana Theingi Industrial Co,. Ltd. in Insein Township where he inspected factory’s working processes on marine products storage facilities and implementations to export fish to China, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE. At Pyilone Chantha Trading Co., Ltd. in Shwepyitha, the Deputy Minister viewed around the company operations to export Surimi to Japan, Viet Nam and Singapore and production and selling of fish meal.

He also inspected factory operation processes of NgwePinlae  Livestock Breeding and Fisheries Co,. Ltd. in Hlaingthaya Township, gave instructions on work place safety, and produce good quality products in line with the law, procedures and guidelines, adopted by the imported countries.

The Deputy Minister later met with the officials from Fortune International Ltd., at MICT Park in Hlaing Township and gave necessary instructions, and coordinated the needs on the reports of the officials. Also, the Deputy Minister met with officials from Myanmar Fisheries Federation in West Kyoetkone , gave necessary instructions and fulfilled the needs.
