Victorious Vovinam Team: Myanmar wins 14 medals at 8th WVVF Championship

Myanmar Vovinam Team – a total of 8 including 2 Administrators and 6 athletes, participated in 16 events of the 8th WVVF World Vovinam Championship 2025 held in Bali of Indonesia from 1st to 8th November.

During the events, Myanmar athletes won 14 medals including 2 gold, 5 silver and 7 bronze. The victorious Myanmar Vovinam team arrived back in Yangon on the 9th of November and they were warmly welcomed at the airport by Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, regional ministers, Deputy Directors General of Sports and Physical Education Department, officials and students from Sports and Physical Education Institute (Yangon).
