Exchange Views : MoE UM received Governor of Novosibirsk Region

Union Minister for Education Dr. Chaw Chaw Sein met with a delegation led by Mr. Andrey Travnikov, Governor of Novosibirsk Region in Russian Federation, at the meeting hall of Naypyitaw State Academy on November 3.

During the meeting, they discussed sending university rectors and education officials from universities in Novosibirsk Region to Myanmar to explore possibilities for cooperation between universities in Myanmar and those in Novosibirsk Region, collaborating on research related to AI and MSME through meetings and discussions, promoting mutual exchange of Myanmar-Russian students, sending a delegation to Novosibirsk Region to study the supervision of private schools, and openly exchanging views on future cooperation to enhance educational collaboration between the two countries.

They also exchanged commemorative gifts. After that, the delegation led by the Governor visited the NAPYITAW STATE ACADEMY, where they met with the Rector of the Academy and engaged in mutual discussions on the educational development of the two countries. They also exchanged commemorative gifts. Afterwards, the delegation toured and studied the library and laboratory within the Academy compound.
