Public Health: Appointment orders for nursing graduates

The Ministry of Health held a ceremony to present appointment orders to newly Nursing Science graduates at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on 29th October. Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister Dr. Thet Khaing Win stressed the graduates to strict adherece to nursing ethics in providing health care services to the public in their respective assinged areas.

The Union Minister also encouraged them to become reliable professionals who safeguard the well being of the citizens, upholding professionalism and righteousness.

During the ceremony, departmental appointment orders were presented to 84 Bachelor of Nursing Science graduates from the University of Nursing (Yangon), 90 Bachelor of Nursing Science graduates from the University of Nursing (Mandalay). Plans are underway to present appointment orders to 3,287 nurses in December this year and February and May in 2026.
