Receiving ICRC Resident Rep. : MoH UM received ICRC Resident Representative

Union Minister of Health, Dr. Thet Khine Win, met with Mr. Arnold Beck, the Resident Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and his team, at the Ministry’s reception hall in Nay Pyi Taw on October 24. 

During the meeting, they exchanged views on the ongoing collaboration between the Ministry of Health and the ICRC in healthcare services, enhancing the capabilities of prosthetic and orthotic professionals in Myanmar, cooperating on training programs within Myanmar to enable more prosthetic and orthotic professionals to emerge, and providing support for installing solar electric systems in rural health departments located in remote areas.
