Permission to Retire from Duty: NDSC permitted to retire from duty

The Office of the National Defence and Security Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued an Order No. 45/2025 on October 21, 2025.

The National Defence and Security Council, has granted permission for Dr. Malar Aung, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal, to retire from duty on health grounds in accordance with Section-427, Sub-Section (b) of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The Order was signed by the Executive Chief U Aung Lin Dwe.
