Academic Tour: Visiting universities and school in Yangon

Union Minister for Education Dr. Chaw Chaw Sein, together with officials, visited Yangon University of Economics (Ywathagyi campus) on Sunday.

The Union Minister inspected campus cleanliness, green spaces, and ongoing construction of a recreation center. She also visited the sports complex and instructed officials to form committees to support outstanding student-athletes. They later visited the Dagon University, and reviewed progress on the recreation center and upgrades to the football field.

The university rector presented its master plan, and the Union Minister emphasized the importance of campus beautification, proper drainage, and secure fencing. In the afternoon, the Union Minister visited Basic Education Primary School No. 2 in Kamayut Township to inspect school grounds and gave necessary instructions for improvements.
