Performing Arts : Award winning contestants honoured in Sagaing

A ceremony to honour the award winning contestants, representing Sagaing Region at the 26th Myanma Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competition was held in Sagaing on Saturday.

Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw urged all to safeguard the traditional cultural heritage, national characteristics and arts as well as social ethics and worldly practices for flourishing till the world exists. He also stressed to make continuous efforts achieving more wins in the years to come. This was followed by presenting of certificates and cash of honour to the winning contestants, and staging performance by the winners.
