Donation Ceremony: Ceremony of donating solar powered lamps in MDY

On 12th October, a ceremony to provide 300 solar powered lamps and household supplies donated by Myanmar-China Friendship Association (Central) and Myanmar Blue Sky Rescue Development Council to the earthquake affected 500 staff households under Mandalay Region Government and 1,500 households from Aung Myay Tharzan Township, was held in Jin Taw Yan Buddhist Temple in Chan Aye Tharzan Township.

On the occasion, the Mandalay Region Chief Minister U Myo Aung expressed words of appreciation and Chairman of Myanmar-China Friendship Association (Central) made clarifications on purpose of the donation. Next, the donated items for 500 staff households were handed over to the Chief Minister. Subsequently, the Chief Minister and officials provided the donated items to the earthquake effected households from Aung Myay Tharzan and Maha Aung Myay townships.
