Work Coordination Meeting: Land Management Committee meeting in Magway

Magway Region Land Management Committee held a work coordination meeting at the regional government office on Thursday evening.

Committee Chairman Chief Minister U Tint Lwin and members attended the meeting. During the meeting, the Chief Minister emphaziedthe importance of  developing of agriculture sector and agri-based business regarding the undertaking of land managemnt.

He urged that all undertakings be carrried out in accordance with the laws and through coordination with the relavent ministries and organizations. The meeting later reviewed and discussed the issues related to the alternative use of farmlands and granting compensation.
