Inspection Tour: Shan State CM inaugurates the new school building

The inauguration ceremony of RCC two-storey (Sakar-Wah) school building of Basic Education High School (Kyay Thee) for 2025-2026 academic year was held in KyayThee Township of Mai Shu District, Shan State (South) on 10th September.

On the occasion, the Chief Minister stated that the project value of this Sakar-Wah new school building is 594 million kyats. During this academic year there are 12,148 students in Kyay Thee Township. He also urged the teachers, students and parents to make cooperation for the development of education sector.

Then, the Chief Minister together with the concerned officials cut the ceremonial ribbon. Next, the Chief Minister inaugurated the sign-board of the new school building by pressing the button and then sprinked the scented water.

Afterwards, the Chief Minister presented cash prizes for the drum and bugle band, school welfare association and the school headmistress.

Next, the Chief Minister viewed round the lecture hall of the new building and the old building.

 After that, the Chief Minister and party looked into Lashio-MalHan-MaiRal-KyayThee road construction site,  met with departmental officials and town elders at the meeting hall of MaiRal Township Administration Department, hearing clarifications by the concerned officials and reports by the attendees and the Chief Minister coordinated the needs.

Then, the Chief Minister presented cash assistance through the officials for providing books and journals at village libraries under MaiRal Township-level departments and Information and Public Relation department.
