Strengthening Cooperation: Meeting with the Party Secretary of Heilongjiang

During his state visit to the People’s Republic of China, Acting President and Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met with Mr. Xu Qin, Party Secretary of Heilongjiang on Thursday.

During the meeting, they praised the Myanmar-China Paukphaw Friendship, highlighting the diplomatic relations that has reached beyond 75th anniversary.

They also exchanged views on cooperation in agricultural and livestock sector, providing higher education in the province and attendance of Myanmar scholars and technological exchange for development of farming and livestock breeding. The discussion also focused on strengthening collaboration in education and cultural matters as well as the trade promotion between Myanmar and Heilongjiang Province.
