Receiving Ambassador of India: NSA UM received Ambassador of India

U Tin Aung San, the National Security Advisor and Union Minister for the Ministry (1) of Office of the President, met with Indian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Abhay Thakur and his delegation at the reception hall of the National Defense and Security Council Office in the morning on August 26.

During the meeting, they exchanged views and discussed issues regarding the Myanmar-India border, matters of investment and cooperation, assistance for post-earthquake reconstruction efforts, and the preservation of ancient cultural heritage. Officials from the Ministry (1) of Office of the President were also reported to have attended the meeting.
