Work Undertakings: Customs operations at Nyaungkhashay Checkpoint

Union Minister for Finance and Revenue Dr. Kan Zaw and Union Minister for Commerce U Chit Swe visited the Nyaungkhashay Permanent Checkpoint in Waw Township, Bago Region on Sunday.

to inspect customs inspection processes along the Myawady–Yangon trade route. They observed import-export goods being scanned with X-ray machines and reviewed seized items. Later, the Union Ministers held a meeting with officials from Departments Customs, Trade, Immigration, and Myanmar Police Force to discuss current operations and challenges. The Union Ministers provided guidance and gave instructions.
