Training Closing Ceremony: UCSB Chairman delivered the closing address

The closing ceremony of the Senior Level Officials Training Course No. (20), was held at Nawarat Hall of the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) on August 20. The ceremony was attended by Union Civil Service Board Chairman U Soe Min Oo, who delivered the closing address.

In his closing address, the Chairman urged the trainees to apply the knowledge and experiences they had gained from the course effectively in their workplaces. He further encouraged them not only to dutifully serve in their respective sectors within the State’s administrative mechanism but also to perform their duties with goodwill, responsibility, accountability, and cooperation.

A total of 46 trainees including 23 men and 23 women, attended the course, which was conducted from 23rd June to 20th August 2025.

After that, the Chairman met with responsible officials of the Academy, giving guidance and instructions on matters related to management, training, and security of the Academy.

He then inspected the agricultural and livestock breeding activities carried out on the campus, the teaching conducted according to course levels, and the ongoing military drills and training.

Later, he met with the faculty and staff of the Academy and delivered guidance and advice.

In addition, he visited the hostel of the Special Refresher Training Course for Basic Education Teachers No. (80), where he had evening tea together with the trainees, it’s learnt.
