Special appeal tribunal: Special civil appeal cases judged and heard

The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Myo Tint, U Kyi Thein, U Thein Ko Ko, Dr. Ko Ko Naing passed judgments on a total of one special criminal appeal case and four special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court at 9:30 AM on August 18, 2025. Moreover, they also heard the 6 special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
