Special Refresher Training Course: UCSB member delivered the opening remarks

The opening ceremony for Basic Education Teachers' Special Refresher Training Course No. 110 was held at the Yadanatheinga Hall of the Civil Services Academy (Lower Myanmar) on August 18. The event was attended by Union Civil Services Board Member U Soe Tint, the Rector and Pro-Rectors of CSA (Lower Myanmar) and other officials, officials from the Ministry of Education, and the trainees.

On behalf of the Chairman of UCSB, Member U Soe Tint delivered an opening speech, stating that the course was opened with the aim of improving the ethics and discipline of civil servant teachers. He said it would also increase their knowledge related to basic education and civil service, and enhance their beliefs, convictions, and attitudes.

A total of 393 trainees, including 32 men and 361 women, are attending Basic Education Teachers' Special Refresher Training Course No. 110. The course will be held for five weeks, from August 18, to September 19.

After that, UCSB Member U Soe Tint inspected the courses being offered at the academy. He then met with the professors and heads of the academic departments in the Academy's meeting hall to discuss and coordinate the curriculum for each course.
