Awarding Ceremony : MOTC honours the outstanding students

The Ministry of Transport and Communications held a ceremony on Saturday to present educational grants to staff’s offspring for 2025–2026 academic year and to award outstanding students who excelled in the 2024–2025 matriculation exam.

Union Minister U Mya Tun Oo attended the event, and stressed that education is the foundation of nation-building, and urged the award-winning students to pursue excellence while contributing to the national development. The event continued with the presentation of educational grants and prizes to students.

An outstanding student then gave words of thanks on behalf of students. At the ceremony, the teaching aids were provided to over 15,000 basic education students, while a total of 161 distinction winners received certificates of honor and cash prizes.
