Appointment of NSA: NDSC appointed U Tin Aung San as NSA

The National Defence and Security Council has appointed Union Minister for the Ministry (1) of the President Office U Tin Aung San as a National Security Advisor on August 5, 2025, with Order No. (6/2025) to enable the Pro-Tem President and the National Defence and Security Council to receive multi-dimensional analyses and recommendations on matters related to national security.

The Order was signed by the Chief Executive of the Office of National Defence and Security Council.
