Inspection of Office Operations: MoSYA and MoHT UM inspected office operations

Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs and Hotels and Tourism, Jeng Phang Naw Taung, on August 4, inspected various aspects of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism included observing staff attendance and work performance at the ministry's head office and the Directorate of Hotels and Tourism's divisions.

He also checked the cleanliness and beautification efforts inside and outside the offices and their surroundings, as well as the systematic storage of state-owned office equipment. During the inspection, the heads of each division reported on their work progress, the maintenance of office equipment, and the cleanliness of their respective departments.

The Union Minister instructed staff to carefully maintain state-owned property and buildings to prevent waste or loss. He also emphasized the importance of conducting official duties with security awareness, adhering to laws, bylaws, orders, and directives issued by the State and the Ministry, and paying special attention to cybersecurity.

Furthermore, it is reported that the Union Minister toured the internal office refresher training sessions and e-Government related courses being conducted within the ministry.
