Outstanding Students Honored: MoIP UM delivered congratulatory address

The Ministry of Immigration and Population held a ceremony to present honorary awards to the children of staff members who had excelled in the 2024–2025 academic year matriculation examination at its meeting hall in Nay Pyi Taw on August 4.

Union Minister U Myint Kyaing attended the event and delivered a congratulatory address. In his address, Union Minister emphasized that, while the State is striving to elevate the education sector, students who are the sons and daughters of the ministry staff should give priority to their studies and strive for success and excellence at every academic level.

He pointed out that countries with high levels of development tend to have a large number of educated citizens. He urged the students who passed the matriculation exam to continue working diligently to pursue their university studies with excellence and high standards.

He also encouraged parents to continue supporting and nurturing their children's educational progress with care and dedication. Following the speech, the Union Minister and the Deputy Minister presented honorary awards to the outstanding children of ministry staff who had achieved distinction in the matriculation exams for the 2024–2025 academic year.

After the awards were presented, the Union Minister and other officials posed for group commemorative photos with the award-winning students, it’s reported.
