SAC Law No. 47/2025: Amendment to Region & State Hluttaw Election Law

The State Administration Council enacted the Sixth Amendment to the Region and State Hluttaw Election Law as the SAC Law No. 47/2025 under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on the 29th of July. The law mentioned amendments to some provisions of Sections 2, 4, 8, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 22, 27, 28, 30, 35, 40, 41, 43, 45, 46, 48, 49, 52, 55, 58, 64, 65, 66, 70, 78, 81, 82, 88 and 89.
