Second Amendment : Political Parties Registration Law

The State Administration Council (SAC) on Monday issued the second amendment to the Political Parties Registration Law as the SAC Law No 43/2025 under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The amendment highlighted that a clause (11) will be added behind clause (10) of Section 12 (a) of the Political Parties Registration Law.
