Kosovo's Prime Minister calls on voters to 'make their voices heard'

Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who has been in power since 2021 and is seeking a second term as head of government, talked to journalists after casting his ballot. He called on the voters to "make their voices be heard" in the parliamentary elections.

Soundbite said  Albin Kurti, Kosovo Prime Minister (male, 49 years old, English, 26 sec): "I want to thank all people of Kosova for their contribution to democracy, and today is the day when they should exercise their rights to make their voice be heard. Today is the day when they should use this opportunity to decide on the next four years."

Kurti and his Self-Determination Party is widely expected to lead the polls, with between 40% and 50% of voting intentions.
